Records Managemet ISO 15489 "One area of management responsible for the efficient and systematic control in the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposal of documents, including the processes of capturing and maintaining evidence relating to business activities and transactions." Document management is the set of actions associated with handling and proceed with the documentation generated by an institution. Normally includes a first phase, when the documents are in process, and a second phase, where the documents already processed. T he tasks and procedures performed in this second phase are, strictly speaking, records management. Document management starts from the generation and / or receipt of the document, and extends throughout the life cycle that has the documentation
